We hope you enjoy your order from Murphys Shoes

However, if for any reason you would like to return an item, we would be happy to offer an exchange or refund within a 14 day period from date of delivery. The item(s) must be in a new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. It is our policy to return items to the purchaser where we suspect the items to be used or worn or smell of smoke or any other odour - We don't offer free returns.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item? 

Our policy lasts 14 days. On receipt of the returned good it must not exceed a 14 day period in order to receive a full refund.

If the 14 days have ceased an exchange or credit note can be issued on a product within 28 days.

No exchange of a refund can be offered after 28 days.

Easy Returns Using DPD Ireland

Customers in ROI & NI can return items to Murphys Shoes using DPD Ireland, please use the following link to arrange a return using DPD - there is a charge for this service. Please use your order number as a reference number.

Sale Items

Items can be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund. No exchange or refund after 14 day period

Eligibility of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We don not accept returns on hats and scarves for hygiene purposes, unless they are faulty.

Other non-returnable items include Gift Cards and Vouchers. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

Returns from UK Mainland may incur export duties, these duties are to be paid by the customer returning the items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not refund initial delivery charges when returning non faulty items.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective Product Exchanges 
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@murphysshoes.com and send your item to: Murphys Shoes Bantry, Main Street, Bantry, Cork, P75PC82, Ireland.

Shipping
Unfortunately we do not cover the costs for returning your item to our store.

If you are shipping an item recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are unhappy with the item you have received pleae contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible

Please note that all images on our site as accurate as possible to depict the product details. However, due to the difference and inconsistency of screens and monitors colours and details of the product may appear different to the real item.
